This Journal was one of the main inspirations for me to start doing my own research and explorations of the wards and grounds ofWillow CourtandRoyalDerwentHospitalway back in 2007.

I stumbled on this journal after moving back to New Norfolk for a short period of time. My internet searches proved that there was next to nothing on Willow Court & Royal Derwent on the net apart from this journal. I remembered being super intrigued by the journals content and left me wanting more, hence why I jumped feet first and start doing my own work.

The Author of this Journal Lindsay who is a member of this group also has a few old Royal Derwent videos that I think I will upload to the facebook group each day this week, starting this afternoon.

The video’s are a good reference point for people to look back on what the Royal Derwent Wards looked like back in 2007, compared to a few years ago when they were in a sad stay of decay and destruction. There are also some interesting audio anomalies captured.
